Get to know us

Souski Foods was not built overnight.
It was built with time, sacrifice, and countless unseen efforts.

Before becoming a franchise brand, Souski Foods began in kitchens where long hours were normal, resources were limited, and every decision mattered. There were days of uncertainty, slow growth, and learning the hard way—but also days that strengthened our belief that food businesses don’t need huge investments, they need the right systems and commitment.

We’ve lived the challenges most first-time entrepreneurs fear—high costs, operational confusion, trial-and-error menus, and the pressure to survive in a competitive market. That experience shaped us. Instead of giving up, we focused on understanding what truly works on the ground and simplifying it for others.

Souski Foods was created with one clear purpose:
to make food entrepreneurship possible for people who are willing to work hard but don’t have crores to invest.

Every franchise model we offer today is the result of years spent refining operations, controlling costs, building efficient kitchens, and learning from real customer feedback. Nothing here is theoretical. Every system, recipe, and process has been tested through time and effort.

We don’t believe in selling dreams—we believe in building foundations. When someone joins Souski Foods, they don’t just get a brand name; they get the support, clarity, and confidence that comes from a journey already walked.

This brand stands for new beginnings, honest work, and long-term growth. If you believe success is earned through patience, consistency, and guidance—not shortcuts—then Souski Foods is ready to walk this journey with you.

Founder Story

Anurag Avadhanula here— and welcome to my chair.

I didn’t start Souski Foods with a plan to build a franchise brand.
I started with a kitchen, limited resources, and a lot to learn.

Like many others, I spent years understanding food—not just recipes, but costs, waste, customer behaviour, staff challenges, and the pressure that comes with keeping a food business running every single day. Success didn’t come quickly, and mistakes were part of the process. But those experiences shaped everything that exists today.

What stayed with me through this journey was a simple thought:
why should starting a food business be so complicated and expensive for someone who is genuinely willing to work hard?

Souski Foods was created to answer that question.

Every model under this brand has been designed to remove unnecessary pressure—financial and operational—so new entrepreneurs can focus on doing things right. The systems we follow are not ideal versions written on paper; they are practical methods built through time, testing, and refinement.

I don’t see franchise partners as numbers or outlets. I see them as people taking a serious step toward building something of their own. That responsibility keeps me closely involved and committed to continuous improvement.

If you’re looking for shortcuts, this may not be the right place.
But if you believe in learning, consistency, and building step by step, I welcome you to explore this journey with us.

“A recipe isn’t successful when it tastes good once — it’s successful when it works every day, in every kitchen, under real pressure.”

Franchise Models – financial clarity

At Souski Foods, we believe clarity builds confidence. Our franchise models are structured to be affordable, practical, and realistic, especially for entrepreneurs starting their first food business.

Each model is designed after years of real kitchen and operational experience—focused on cost control, efficiency, and sustainable growth.

1. Home Kitchen Franchise Model

Ideal for: First-time entrepreneurs, home chefs, and low-risk starters
Format: Delivery-only (Zomato & Swiggy compatible)

Financial Overview:

  • Minimum Investment: ₹3 Lakhs

  • Space Required: Home kitchen or small dedicated cooking area

  • Operations: Limited menu, low overheads, minimal staff

Why this works:
By avoiding rental costs and large staffing, this model allows you to enter the food business with controlled risk. It’s a strong starting point for learning operations while generating steady delivery-based revenue.

2. Cloud Kitchen Franchise Model

Ideal for: Entrepreneurs targeting high delivery demand with a professional setup
Format: Delivery-focused (No dine-in)

Financial Overview:

  • Investment Range: ₹4 – ₹5 Lakhs

  • Space Required: 200–400 sq. ft. commercial kitchen

  • Operations: Optimized menu, standardized processes, delivery-led sales

Why this works:
The cloud kitchen model is built for today’s food market, where online orders dominate. With no dine-in space, costs remain controlled while order volumes can scale efficiently. This model is ideal for locations with strong delivery demand and offers better scalability than a home kitchen setup.

3. Small Outlet Franchise Model

Ideal for: Entrepreneurs seeking visibility, walk-in sales, and brand presence
Format: Takeaway + Delivery

Financial Overview:

  • Investment Range: ₹4 – ₹6 Lakhs

  • Space Required: 150–300 sq. ft.

  • Operations: Compact layout, quick service, balanced staffing

Why this works:
This model combines physical brand presence with delivery sales. It suits entrepreneurs who want customer interaction and local recognition while keeping investment and operational complexity manageable.
